各部署より選抜された社長直轄の委員会による離職率削減プログラム「VOX」の開発と制度設計。
「社員の見えざる不満」が上司のレイヤーで止まらずに社長まで届くシステムをつくり、サービスを視覚化したアイコンを使って周知することで、社内の政治を少なくして、風通しを良くしました。結果が会社のブランディングにつながったことからOgilvyの親会社のWPPグループの海外機関誌でもとりあげられました。

Developed and designed the turnover reduction program "VOX," overseen by a committee directly reporting to the president and comprising selected members from each department. The aim was to create a system where "invisible employee concerns" could reach the president's level, bypassing intermediate management layers. This was achieved by utilizing a visually representative icon to promote awareness of the service, thereby reducing internal politics and improving transparency within the organization. The positive outcomes also led to coverage in overseas publications of WPP Group, Ogilvy's parent company, due to its impact on company branding.
